So i'm currently at the best i've been probably since highschool (and even then i wasn't so thin). on the wrestling team i was about 175, i'm here at below 170. it fluctuates still, but i feel confident today.
Because of weird unit quirks at college, i'm taking only one academic class and guess what.... four physical ed classes... FOUR.
Mon/wed: weighttraining, yoga, tap dance tues: hiphop
I'm not even that sore because yoga stretches me out after weightraining! its a great plan. I'm excited. people are noticing my lost weight after just two weeks. bythe end of the semester i really think i can get this down!
