My weight stayed the same. I have not been exercising and I need to add that to my routine. I've lost successfully before with just the activity on my job b ut I know I need to do more. I have several exercise DVD's but I just need to make the commitment to quit breaking promises to myself and keep them just as I do for other people. Setting a goal is like making a promise to myself. I'm important enough not to disappoint.
