Well, this weekend, was good but bad.

Bad=I had a whopper for lunch Sunday :( It just had onion and lettuce on it, but stil I felt a tremendous amount of guilt.

But the GOOD

Good= My fiancee and I took a 1.3 Mile Hike on Sunday and I DID IT! I haven't exercised in what seems so long, I know it seems not very big, but it was for me. Where I live is the a lot of Metroparks, State Owned parks, and its not just a straight path it went way down then straight back up. I huffed and puffed but I did it! My fiancee who is in great shape, helped me the whole way. I am so blessed to have him, he loves me IN or OUT Of shape :)

Great job on the hike....you should feel proud, it's a great feeling of accomplishment and it sounds like you deserved the whopper. Don't feel guilty, you can enjoy it like a treat, using your flex points, that's what's so nice with this program. You probably had exercise points from your hike anyway. Talk to you soon!

thats awesome...a great workout going up and down hills..we all eat stuff we shouildnt, dont beat yourslf up over it..the exercise worked it off..
