9/13/10 144.4lb and 39.8% body fat--maintained during trip--yea!!! Just discovered my favorite meal out- (grilled chicken salad) probably has lots of carbs b/c it uses balsalmic vinegrette dressing. Didn't realize how many carbs the dressing has :(
