Start weight 261.4lb - today 252.5lb
Loss to date 8.9lb Ho Ho Ho it's down I go..
The scales seems to be slowing up but the inches are coming off so I am a happy girl. I can't wait to get my shipment from the online low carb grocery store tomorrow, I have some DaVincy French Vanilla syrup coming so I am going to have that in my coffee instead of splenda. I used to have International Delight French Vanilla in my coffee about 3 to 4 times a day and I really miss it so I am hoping this will be the next best thing.
And yes I know I had put my scales away in the cupboard but the temptation was too great they were calling me to get them out of that dark place and give them some loving with my two feet on them so I just had to do it.
Guess I am just addicted to the scales, but hey better than being addicted to food like I was.
