Having one of those days where i just want to eat everything!
I recently discovered Nestle Kvarg yogurts, theyre great, really filling and only 90cals, so just scoffed one of those!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 February 2020:
1874 kcal Fat: 55.36g | Prot: 148.54g | Carb: 189.66g.   Breakfast: Tesco Skimmed Milk, Quaker Oat So Simple Big Bowl. Lunch: Asda Digestive Biscuits, Nestle Kvarg Raspberry , Asda Sweet Onion Relish,  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Warburtons Protein Thins,  Cowboy stew. Dinner:  Cooked Mature Onions (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Tesco Finest Tenderstem Broccoli, Rump Steak. Snacks/Other: Swizzels Matlow Love Hearts, Jacob's Iced Gems,  Grated Cheddar Cheese, Asda Mini Naan Bread, Aldi Mini Marshmallows,  Oranges. more...
