February 28 Amazing 110 morning blood sugar. I hope this means I am getting over virus. Blood sugar before lunch was 99. These are more like it. Eating lightly avoids so many ills. However, after I ate lunch with two breads and a tangerine, 182 score two hours later. Definitely I am not tolerating carbs. And as is typical with eating carbs, i am starving hungry,
