February 27 Ate only one ounce of turkey and 2/3 cup soy milk for breakfast, after 171 fasting score. I ate less than 1200 yesterday! Anyway, at about noon, after walking all around large grocery store for 35 minutes, my blood sugar was finally down to 122. Still a little nauseous after I ate turkey burger patty and one half of bun. I am pretty sure that i have stomach flu as do two other members of my household.
