I hopped on the scale this morning to take a peek at my weight…and was pleasantly surprised that I'm at 169.5 this morning….1.7 down since Monday's weigh in and only .7 more until I'm at my weight from 2 weeks ago. It is always amazing to me how quickly you can drop weight after eating horribly for one week while on vacation.
Hubby and I have been walking every night since we got back from vacation….hoping we can continue that until it gets too cold to go out!
We have two weddings this weekend, one on Friday night in MA…the other on Saturday afternoon on a mountain in New Hampshire…so will once again be all over the place. Hoping that this weekend we will be more mindful of what we eat, so don't have to play "catch-up" in the loosing weight again. This month has definitely proved challenging…but I’m hoping to record a loss with next weeks weigh in….especially with having to record two gains over the past few weeks!

Good job working off the vacay gain. It's amazing how much of what the scale reads has to do with fluctuating bloat rather than actual fat gain or loss. Great resolve to be mindful of your eating through the upcoming weddings. I'm sure your goal to record a loss next week will come to fruition!

Summers always seem to prove the most challenging for me, with get togethers like crazy, vacas, etc, etc. Good luck with them weddings! Eat well, in advance and try to pack a good for you snack to keep in the car to use as back ammo!! =D Great job on getting the scales to tip back in the right direction!

GREAT job at getting back in post-vaca mindset. You'll be seeing a loss in no time. Weddings can be hard, but you can always dance off those calories!
