Well week start out good then my oldest got sick and we have been dealing with that for last 2 days but I did manage to get a work out in , I told my kids to get in the stroller and we went for 35 min walk and I push them that was a extra 80 lb LOL . I hope to get one more work in today or tomorrow for my total of 4 a week . I will admit today did not start of good for my foods but I had a better lunch and planned my dinner out with friends already so I know what I will be having :)
