WOW my entire body hurts, LOL,, guess it's from the rediculous workouts I've been doing this week. Looks like tonight will be a good swimming and hot tub night. Gotta give my muscles a break but still get in some sort of work out. My shins are throbbing. I'm wondering if it's from the running I've been doing. Guess my body still isn't use to the increased activity. Hopefuly it will get better and I can keep up the intense workouts. I'm also finding it hard to get in all my calories each day now that I've cut out all the junk. Guess I'm going to have to try to start eating more often throughout the day. But all in all it's been a pretty good week. I'm looking forward to the weekend even though I probably won't get any gym time Saturday and Sunday. Maybe I won't gain any back this weekend, LOL..

I hear ya about the weekend. I've decided to get a couple extra meals and snacks for the weekend so I don't cave when the hubby and kids aren't eating the perfect meals for me. And make sure you DO give yourself a break! Those muscles need time to heal too! Have a great weekend!

I am trying to add protein powder to some things like my oaatmeal pancakes and smoothies to get to my calories plus it helps my protein so win win. Have a great weekend and rest up

Yep sure did.. Thank you so much... I can barely walk today, LOL.. I'm gonna stretch em and ice em and hit the hot tub tonight. No running for me today :)

I too am so glad it's finally the weekend! I can never make it to the gym on the weekends as we are constantly on the go go...oh well, I work hard during the week and just try not to be aweful on the weekends. Have a fantastic weekend!
