WOW my entire body hurts, LOL,, guess it's from the rediculous workouts I've been doing this week. Looks like tonight will be a good swimming and hot tub night. Gotta give my muscles a break but still get in some sort of work out. My shins are throbbing. I'm wondering if it's from the running I've been doing. Guess my body still isn't use to the increased activity. Hopefuly it will get better and I can keep up the intense workouts. I'm also finding it hard to get in all my calories each day now that I've cut out all the junk. Guess I'm going to have to try to start eating more often throughout the day. But all in all it's been a pretty good week. I'm looking forward to the weekend even though I probably won't get any gym time Saturday and Sunday. Maybe I won't gain any back this weekend, LOL..
