Your walks are motivating me to get my Wii out tonight. I will do the 60 minute walk on the board while I watch my favorite show. It isn't as good for me as yours, but at least I'll be moving my heavy hiney!!

Good for you. One step is all it takes to get started. I'm fortunate to be a SAHM, so I'm able to walk in the mornings after I drop off my older son at school. Pushing the stroller adds a bit to the walk, and fortunately, my three-year-old tolerates it.
