I had a great first day. I speed walked/ran/jogged for one hour so withing 66 minutes I walked 3.81 miles ... I used the x box for about 1 hour and 30 mins.I worked on abs,toning,cardio,kick boxing,yoga,hip hop dancing...I ate fruits while at work and for dinner i had veggies with baked chicken... I hope I can keep this up. I know it won't happen over night but today I felt great. SWEAT SWEAT SWEAT...
