GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE
Well being a busy day, I've got everything done that I set out to do, I even ended up walking an extra 60 minutes, left my phone at home, so after I sorted out college fee's for lad's and signed my life away on the loan for it, I discovered I left phone at home so I had to turn around and go home for it. I thought I was being cute taking no bus fare or ATM card (no money in it anyway) so I'd walk in2 town, it backfired on me. But I'm thrilled I did now. The weather was lovely on way in but really wet when it was time to go home, had to go to son to get bus fare. He thinks his mum losing it. AND EVERYONE I DID NOT BREAK MY HEALTHY EATING and it was tough. Kieran works for his dads family, I get on brill with them, they own a lovely Chinese Restaraunt, offered me dinner and I said no. So proud.
Came home, had W.Watchers Ocean Pie and lots of salad, love hot food over salad, Kenneth and family called in with a takeaway as I was just sitting down to it. So Kory was a happy felo. They had their takeaway, I do not really like chips and hate burgers so That was no problem.
When they went home I had lovely hot cup of coffee and my Slimfast bar, Only reason I had it is my protein to low today, but as I was so busy food was not a problem.
GOOD MORNING EVERYONE
I broke my vow not to go on scales but I did, How weak, I had asked Konrad (son 6) to bring it to his room, and on it I'm down 3 half lbs, but not recording it, could be fluke. But I have been excellent in food choices & drinking water. Must be true about protein. making your body work harder to rid itself of pure fat.
I am more motivated by the photos Konrads pals are putting up on Facebook, I'm so shocked at myself. How did I get so huge & NOT SEE IT. Well, I'm going to collect the €100 Hair Voucher Konrad helped me win on FACEBOOK yesterday, get my hair restyled. Next week I've a voucher that Kristofor (son 5) got at xmas and get eyebrows and eyelash tint. Time to start been more stylish.
Had full house agsin last night, thats the best thing about rain for me, all my lads dont like the rain, when its fine they are off everywhere, never really around, a drop of rain and they are like the return of the PRODICAL Son but x 8 or 20 depending on partners and if grandkids come, and as they live around the corner they always call. Just bought back a memory, Kenneth (son 1) called in other day, ON HIS OWN, lads out back or in rooms came out to see kids were shocked to see him on own, said it looked weird not seeing Katie in his arms. Even before she was diagnosed with her disabilty last week, she is the Adored One, she may be tiny in structure shes huge in personallity.
