Following a walk/jog with a custard caramel doughnut is not a good idea.

Now repeat ad nauseum, and don't do it again!

I feel fine, just mildly irritated at myself for nullifying my walk/run with a doughnut. But hey I'm 2lb from my target. I can afford to slow down. :)

As long as it doesn't become a habit, it's okay to treat yourself once in awhile.

Oh it's not a habit. They were in the office and I gave into the temptation. Had I waiting 5 minutes it wouldn't have been there any more. And as I said I'm 2lb (1.8 actually) from my goal for the YEAR.

For the year? That is awesome!! I hate office temptations, because I want to be social, but that means being around delicious food that I know I should not have... :)

Never mind your doing perfectly a diet only works if you do make allowances we are all proud of you!... and at least you exercised afterwards.
