i have been sick and not eaten in the last 4 days lost a lot of weight but kinda scared am starting food today and staying on trac but wonder if it will be too much? i expect some weight gain due to the whole starvation thing for the last few days it will be intresting to see the way i respond to getting back on trac

Glad you are starting to feel a little better and are starting to eat again. Like Amanda suggested, starting slow is a good idea. Give your body a chance to recover. Veggies are a great idea... replenish your body with healthy vitamins. Some veggies that have good levels of vitamin C include green peppers, spinach, broccoli and cauliflower... to name a few. Wishing you well.
