February 9, 2020 Had a rare but interesting experience last night, blood sugar at 54. It made me shaky and sleepy, which was also a bit scary since sleeping with such low blood sugar might have a bad outcome for all i know. I ate a Pure Protein bar, knowing how high they shoot my blood sugar and in 40 minutes I was up to 88. Woke with 156 but eating at night is always a bad thing for morning result. I do not know why this happened except that I had been ill yesterday and ate very little. Perhaps I should not have taken even half a glypizide under those circumstances.
