I have been recording my weight/food/exercise here and there for the last year. But I am now back and more determined than ever to get this weight off and keep it off. I am 27 pounds away from where I was before my last injury. My goal is to lose that plus the last 5 I was working on. I have lost 3 pounds this week and I do expect the weight to come off quickly because I am now more mobile than I was, back to no impact exercising and my appetite has deminished with the excitement of getting my life back, summertime, and kids sports. Soooo... Here We Go!
