No bread, rice, potatoes, dairy (you can have butter) for one week minimum - that will jump start you again.

try using stairs everytime instead of elevators. It's a good way to make cardio everytime without going to the gym. Here I live in a 5th floor, so I refuse to use the elevator, I only use it while carrying heavy stuff... and sometimes I put the heavy item in the elvator and go up on foot and then pick it all upstairs

You have come so far! Don't give up, just make one small change...eat one additional serving of raw veggies, or add an additional 5 minutes to your daily workout 3 times a week. You'll come off that plateau
