Ok slap my hand virtually, gotta get back on track. I weighed in, and the last weekend caught up with me. SO then today I had a whatever attitude and have not done well. I won't have time to work out tonite bc ballgames all nite but that is not entitlement to be off the bus. Ggrrr, yuck.

It will happen, just gotta think before you eat and how it will affect your weight. When you are at the ballgames, can you not get up and move around? Even standing burns more calories than sitting. Good luck!

2lbs will come right back off again. Don't beat yourself up. Enjoy little league season, don't make it your enemy. Pack some carrots and play ball! :)
