Day One:
I need to change my lifestyle so here's the start. I find I'm not really a night-snacker, but I do eat my meals off schedule (ie lunch at 1:30 and supper at 8) which I'm going to change. I also need to incorporate more healthy snacks in my diet, and snack often. its supposed to help. So that starts now too.
I've tried exercising and dieting before. But I just got discouraged and quit. This time i'm going to make it work
So I'm trying this site this time. Hoping that it will give me the motivation to keep to it.
Keep you all posted on my progress. Its going to be a long journey.
