At first WE MAKE OUR HABITS
but in the end YOUR HABITS MAKE YOU!
Healthy habits are what will keep you going
when the inspiration and motivation are gone!
Feeling POSITIVE comes from your choice of how you act
and choosing right WILL build your CONFIDENCE!
The thing to remember is,
GOOD HABITS are as addictive as bad habits!
They just bring you more REWARD!
Today, start setting GOOD HABITS in place in your life!
The POSITIVE ENERGY that flows from them is worth it!


Well my back is still out, and no MP3 player yet... still anxiously awaiting that!

I can barely walk around the house, let alone do any type of exercise!

BUMMER!

I've got to make up for my weekend 'indiscretions' this week, but if I don't lose on the scale, that's okay. At least I know I'm doing what my body needs, so I'm ahead of the game, there!
