Happy Tuesday! I swear it feels like a Monday, but whatever! I got up early this morning with tons of energy and I'm ready to sieze the day. I'm so excited to be 'back on track! I realized how important my water is/was to my success. I used to swear by a gallon of water a day, and when I started to stray from that is where the trouble begin. I think I was eating out of boredom/emotions, but now that I'm waking up and making myself drink my water I find its easier to determine when I'm actually hungry and when i'm not.

I finally got my microwave as well, so I've been steaming my chicken for the past few days. It's fun to see what kind of new recipes you can come up with, and it's so easy so there's NO EXCUSES! I used some lemon and pepper
