I've decided I am going to change up my losing weight plan this week and not count points. Instead I am going to focus on getting back to following the Paul McKenna rules of conscious eating and stopping when I think I am full. I am also going to focus on eating as healthfully as possible with wholesome natural foods as much as I can and somewhat limit the carbs. I know the points work well when I follow them, but I have such a problem staying in them and then feel like a failure when I don't. I did do well with this other plan in the past and it is retraining my habits for life. We'll see how it goes accompanied with exercise and see if I make headway this week. I do find that way of eating a lot more freeing but I also want to see results. I can always go back to counting points if I don't see a loss. I just got back from a nice morning walk and a small but filling breakfast of one egg and one piece of toast so it was a good start to the day. Hope you all have a good weekend!

well i think you know how and what to eat. so you know whats best for YOU. learning to eat consciously is a good thing to learn. i am sure you know your portion size by now, just learning to feed if you are hungry or emotional what you can focus now. I am sure you will do great w/ it.
