I actually weighed in today and lost 2 pounds! Hooray! Sure does motivate you to stay on track when you see the scale move!I've realized I need to find more ways to get protein into my diet as even though I eat a lot of high fiber foods, I'm still hungry all the time.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
