I am 54 I have never weighed this much. I have gained 40lbs since my mom passed away in 2005. I retired in 2008 after finding out I have Heart and Kidney Disease. My 5 year old granddaughter lives with us and that is very hectic at times although it brings me so much joy. I need to lose this weight not only for my health, but also so I can feel better about myself. I hope you will all pray for me in this battle.
