Well the weekend has been pretty good... Got some walkin in but not to much serious exercise. Finally made it back to the gym this morning. Thank goodness since I haven't eaten the best this weekend, LOL... I'm really looking forward to my classes this week, spin tomorrow and then circut training on Wed. Hopefully I'll see a few more lbs come off this week. At least 2 would be nice. :) That will get me below 160 finally.
