Yesterday, after my workout with my brother, I took him to the store and showed him how to do a meal prep. Many don't know, but my brother is on a weight loss journey of his own I'm helping him with 🤗💗. So, he has proportion issues, lack of self-control, and a HUGE love for carbs, so this was a compromise.

2 Dishes: Medium steaks with fondue cheese and broccoli and cheese.
2 Dishes: Cauliflower with mixed veg and a wee bit of the cheese and steak.
2 Dishes: 45 calorie bread with turkey or ham (50 cal) 2 eggs and 1 thin oreo.
2 Dishes: Broccoli and cheese with riced cauliflower, fried hamburger, Mediterranean spice.
2 Dishes: English muffin, hard boiled egg, and hamburger with 1/2 cup egg whites and 1 egg. Lightly salted and peppered.

This is his lunches and dinners for the week. 🤗💗👍 So far so good. I told him that he can have anything he wants... in moderation. He's 6'4 and 400 pounds. We are both hoping that he loses about 80 to 100 pounds this year, but I'd be happy for 30.🥴💕

@aboutmytribe, we do weigh ins on Wednesdays (we have an odd work schedule and work weekends) and I try to encourage him with that he's lost, and we go to Planet Fitness, so there's people that tell him to keep going and that he'll make it there, which I really think helps him. I just hope he tells me when he's feeling like giving up, so I can encourage him with how far he's come 💗. Thank you for your advice! 🤗

That is amazing. Tell him good luck from me. I'm 5'11" and 345 right now so I know the feeling. Love the containers. What are they?

@Fit And Healthy20, Thank you. We'll see how it goes. I'm excited to make Chicken Cacciatore for him next week, loaded with veggies, and riced cauliflower under it. I'm trying to make food he'll enjoy, but will also be filling. 🤗💗

Good job! I did weekly 'packaged meals' for years. I needed to make that important step. Using it, I was able to stop *gaining weight* (when I was eating ordering crazy amounts of food at McDonald's :))
