OH. SWEET. GOODNESS!!! I'VE LOST TWO (2!!) MORE POUNDS!!! IM 198 POUNDS NOW AND FINALLY IN THE 100'S!!! :D :D :D
I just started eating a few RAW vegetables maybe a week ago and taking 1 tbsp of Body First Organic Acacia Fiber Powder in water 3 mornings ago as a dietary supplement since I've struggled with elimination/constipation issues for a while now. In the last few days I've experienced increased yet NORMAL elimination = 2 per day in the last 3 days. Before I would have a small elimination once everyday or every other day = abnormal (for MY body anyway).
After my workouts this morning, i had a really good elimination and felt a bit lighter. I decided to get on the scale again (i had already weighed once when i woke up at 5am and was about 200lbs) just to check and see what the scale would say...low and behold I had lost 2 more pounds!
I really feel that eating a few raw veggies within my semi vegetarian diet, drinking lots of water everyday, taking the acacia fiber in the last few days, meditation, and exercise have all worked together to help my elimination issues. I will definitely watch how this affects my weightloss over the next week. I will also update how the Dymatize Nutrition ISO-100 Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Powder is helping my body in about a week or two. Im sure after a week my system will finally be in a super healthy state while im doing all the good things im doing for my body to be healthy/for me to live a healthy life.
