I threw my back out yesterday! So no walking for me for a few days...
Gained weight this week....wasn't too surprised with my 'slip ups' early in the week...
Pleased, nonetheless, as I have been enlightened with my emotions/food journal...
Also, am doing the right things for my body, [with love and respect...] so I really don't care what size I am, or what the scale says...
Am going to do a full body measurements listing tomorrow am... [chest waist and hips - before and after I do my body wrap...]
[More or less as a starting point, as I don't think I've ever really done a full body's worth, before...]
I somehow feel as if I'm starting over....
Have ordered a new MP3 player w/ arm band, so am going to be able to work out completely with the walking videos...
Looking forward to THAT!
Taking this weekend off, and hope to get my player by Monday...will start workout again then [provided my back is doing okay!]
