Did really good today. I decided I sit too much at work, so I stood for an hour. Our desks have electric motors on them that raise and lower the hight. Pretty cool actually. I just never utilize it. SO I stood and bounced, squatted, swayed, whatever it took to get a little movement while I was stuck on the phones. Got a lot done today, and I feel better. No headache or sick feeling. I have to finish mowing grass tonight, or at least weed eat the 2 foot tall mess down the driveway.
My meatless burger was a success today. The bread part could use a little more dehydrating, but all in all, a very good lunch. The patty flavor was good, the fake mayo was good (although it seperated a little overnight, I just stirred it back in), and I got full on a sandwich the size of my fist. No more two handed burgers...lol.
I think I will take measurements of my whole body. I want to see how many feet I can lose.
