February 5, 2020 still 185, a surprise because sudden weight loss can be followed by a temporary gain, but recording blood sugar (this morning 126) and keeping strict track of what is eaten, has an inevitable effect even when you are almost 80. Trying to eat a lot of cooked green and orange veggies, legumes, and low total calories has paid off.Low fat and no "refined" sugar. Fruit sugar is so much easier on the body.
