So far so good--I am going to phase 2 and then into intro. I find that I don't get the "withdraws" as bad and since I plan on this being a life change it doesn't bother me that I won't lose the 12 pounds the first week. I will feel comfortable with a modest 1 pound lose. I know the first few pounds come off easier than the last few pounds.
I went out for breakfast with my husband. I was really good (eggs, sausage, coffee) but he wanted me to eat a bite of his toast??? What was that about???He is not this way---why now?? Maybe he was just testing my will power. I will make it NMW!

Congradulations on making a life choice that will bring you so many great changes. My husband and I actually just cut out sugar and white flour the week before we started Induction and I think it really helped reduce cravings and detox symptoms. Whatever works for you.

Thanks for the encouragement-- Next week I will cut back even more on the unhealthy carbs and replace them with lower/healthier carbs or protein. Good luck to you and your husband!
