Things are going surprisingly well for me. I've tried losing weight so many times before, but I think this time around I'm more committed than I ever have been. This site helps a lot too, it keeps things in perspective for me.

My backs all healed so me and my mom took the dog on a nice long walk again tonight. Then I holed myself up in my room for a little bit and danced like a maniac. I imagine I might have resembled a seizing walrus. ha. I had to do something to work off the excessive amount of carbs I had for dinner.

Good for you! I also danced like a maniac yesterday (and I think I could take you on for really crazy and kind of bad dance moves haha), but it was so much fun! It's really important to have fun with your workouts! Keep up the good work!
