Today wasn't a great day for healthy eating. I had a meeting an hour and a half out of town so I had a turkey sandwich on the way, and then got lunch at Cracker Barrel afterwards. I had a reuben, which tasted amazing, but consisted of over half my RDI. Salad for dinner for me! On the other hand, I've consumed almost a liter of water today. Hope that helps flush it out a little.

Stopped at a nature preserve near my house and took a short walk. 20 minutes. Going to do another half hours worth of exercise tonight. It won't completely make up for the amazing sandwich, but every little bit counts I guess, right?

Good job! At least when you splurged you made up for it at dinner! Also, you only had one liter of water to drink? I know I need like soooo much water (I generally drink over 100 fl.oz. of water a day, and more when I'm sick or working out). Drinking more water than you're used to is good though! Especially if you're working out! Keep up the good work!

Until a few weeks ago I was lucky to make it through a full glass of water a day, if I had any at all. So a whole liter is a lot for me. lol
