Explaination of recent wiegh in... Just joined yesterday, but started my weight loss journey on 8.25.10. I wanted to be able to track all of my loss so I put the starting wieght as my wieght on 8.24.10. After some exploring I realized there was a better way to reflect past wieght, however by then I couldn't erase the current weight.

The moral of the story.... I didn't lose 6lbs in one day. I lost 6lbs doning Atkins poorly from 8.25.10 to 9.2.10.

Now on to doing Atkins 100%.

Everything is possible! :-)
