February 3, 2020 Really stayed on diet. Keeping blood sugar down (116 this morning) and blood pressure down really motivate me. The weight loss is welcome but incidental. Less weight on my feet makes it easier to move around. I was 194 at the start but didn't record it, fluffy fat, full intestine, water retention all that., But st ill I'll take an 8 lb loss even if it is an illusion. However, i did go from 191 a week after I started diet to 186, that part probably some fat loss 5 lbs. Pretty good at my age. Years ago a lecturer at TOPS said that every lb of fat holds 3 to 5 lbs water. Weight is weight though. Loss of it will aid my walking.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
