I ended the 8 hour diet after 3 weeks of eating only during an 8 hour block. I lost 2.4 the first week but gained 1 for each of the other two weeks. I'm now focusing on eating protein with every meal, eating every 3 hours, and not eating after 7 PM. I hope to be down 10 by June. See me go!
