I find myself struggling to lose weight and commit to exercise regularly after COVID. I started counting calories (1200/day) this week. I feel like I'm following this plan closer than WW or fasting. I also have an eight day cruise scheduled in 58 days and there is no way in hell I'm starting that trip at this weight. To be continued.....

I'm in need of a total intervention. I'm ready to recommit myself to good nutrition.
*no eating out more than 2x per week
*more veggies and fruit
*less processed foods
*less calorie containing beverages

I ended the 8 hour diet after 3 weeks of eating only during an 8 hour block. I lost 2.4 the first week but gained 1 for each of the other two weeks. I'm now focusing on eating protein with every meal, eating every 3 hours, and not eating after 7 PM. I hope to be down 10 by June. See me go!
