I'm still breaking myself into weight training. I'm extreemly sore, worked legs yesterday. I'll go through this for a while until I'm broken all the way in.
My weight is up a little but's okay because I'm looking good in the mirror and in my clothes. I'll weigh in at the end of the month. My goal right now is to add muscle so my weight will be up for a bit until my metabolism catches up.
