Ran 4.8 miles on the trail. I had some whey protein before and after my run to preserve muscle. I had a great run.

I need to track my carbs, I have been over doing it!

I recently found a 0 fat 0 carb whey protein isolate that is a super clean source of protein that feeds the muscles!
