Ate 1 1/2 sugar free muffin, and no bm, weight up 2 lbs. Flour of any kind seems to cause water retention. Blood sugar this morning 133. Muffins are dynamite even if the calories are not so high when they are sugar free and part almond flour.
I have some trouble with lactose. I ate two ounces of cheese on Saturday (almost five days ago) and about 2/3 oz with eggs this morning. I need to keep track because I am trying to understand how it affects digestion. Just kind of bilious the next day. Maybe Lactaid does work.
