Starting a fat fast today. Hadn't gone grocery shopping yet, so I ate a bit more protein at breakfast than I intended. I bought Carb Press's FAT FAST COOKBOOK (PDF version only $5.99 at http://www.carbsmart.com/fat-fast-cookbook.html) yesterday, and it has some great recipes, easy to make and fast. Trying to get into ketosis quickly. I'm feeling pretty good after a week of low carb, but I'm looking forward to the high energy that accompanies ketosis:-)
