Well I'm back on the ball and training for a Triathlon, with school looming and the problems with my medication finally straightened out, I feel like I'll finally have the structure to make my training schedule work. The brutal south carolina summer makes outside running very difficult but I still bike everywhere around town and try to make it out to the swimming pool. I'm going to start weighing myself but I know my weight has jumped this summer, people have noticed, and unfortunately commented on it. So we'll see what happens.
