Been up for almost 3 hours and already got 50.7 ounces of water in. I have been making it a point to keep up with my water intake. That doesn’t include my lovely morning 🌶 ☕️🤗🤗 I was able to mop the living room and kitchen this morning and redo the bathroom and hallway again without an issue🙌🙌 Thank God☺️💕 Only did 3 minutes on my stairclimber this morning, didn’t want to push it and I have to work myself back up. Hung the last load of laundry hubby did. Trying to plan dinner. Possibly orange roughy or haddock 🤔 easy enough to thaw out. Need to plan this weeks dinner. Probably another 🎯 run🤫🤦🏻‍♀️😂 looking forward to hitting Onederland 🙌💪 Have a wonderful day friends 💕 Be ☺️☺️, 💪💪 and ☀️☀️💜💚

I drink 3+ liters a day, plain water, on top of that 2 coffees and 1 green tea, sometimes herbal tea before bed. I pee A LOT! Main thing for me is drink it all early. I hate getting up during the night. Now I have to go google liters vs. ounces. Why can’t Canada and the US all use metric or imperial?? 😝

Tatauu 😂😂😅 All the 💦 I already had today.... I made a solid plan😄 Go before leaving, skip 🎯..... I’m like Bella, but at target when she refers to herself as “ 🐿😳” I didn’t grab a quarter for a cart. I went in to Aldi, with my Costco reusable bag... I do what I want 🤣😎 and had a mission. If I was going to buy things I didn’t have in mind, I’m hurting my arm and that’s what I get lol In and out like ⚡️⚡️Thankfully it’s 3 minutes up the road🙌

Wifey😊🙌 that’s a lot! Awesome 💦💕 That’s what I’m trying to do to!! Get it did early🤗🤗 I sleep bad enough. The worse is having to wake up multiple times a night saying to yourself..” Don’t even look at the time!!” I really cannot deal with getting up for that and looking at the clock. Even if my alarm is about to go off in 2 minutes minutes or a few hours, I’d rather believe I can get back in bed and sleep 😂

Not for nothing - but did the mopping have anything to do w/the water intake? Or did my mind just do silly stuff on it's on? Teasing!!! Good for you. I've done about 80 oz water so far; about 18 oz coffee - so the water is out in front.

😂🤣🤣 Bella🤣 I almost had to mop again when I got 🏡 thank you kegels 😂 that’s a lot of water too. I agree... get it out of the way😊 I used to drink 70 something to around 100 ounces in the beginning. It makes a word of difference💜💚

I’m so short jc. 5 pounds on me looks like 15 🤪 Just want to be in s range where up or down 3-5 is fine. Idk. Just going over some random thoughts on maintenance. I’m no expert and so many opinions on here.
