NOT AGAIN! ANOTHER OBSTACLE...[The best laid plans of mice and men...]
Can't exercise today [at least until I see my doctor...] my lower left leg hurts terribly, and that is where I previously had my blood clots, so that is nothing to mess with, and I am going to the doctor's today to get my coumadin level checked and see what's up with my leg pain...
I guess this is a rest day from exercising...
Not much else I can do!
