End of Day
Well end of day, its been such a horrible day, Between being upset about exams, I had more news. My Granddaughter, Katie (4 since 27th Aug) has been diagnosed with a restricted growth problem, and has to go on growth injections from February 2011.
My place in college means nothing compared to this, The restricted growth part is ok, 2 of my nephews have a form of it, both in late 20's about 5 ft,lovely felos, its the injections or Lisa said they showed her something that looked like a mobile phone she has to use.
I remember the lads been upset about them.
PROUD about my food intake I've been so honest about it and did not eat after 8.30 but I'm not going sleep much tonight so going to be drinking plenty coffee.
Middle of Day
Bit calmer, but still not focus, I'm studying hard,but I'm not retaining it.
ON A POSITIVE SIDE
I've stayed on plan, but I had to send Konrad out for a Weight Watcher's Meal. I was so upset that I had not the energy to cook and if I had went ibto the kitchen, I'd have eating everything in there.He bought back, Chicken Maslsa and I added a fress tomatoe, slices of onion, oz of chickpeas and chopped Cos Lettuce.
It was lovely and very filling.
HI EVERYONE OUT THERE
I'm on a real downer, I did not get my place in college, Its like a slap in the face. The interviewer's decision was not based on exam results or dedication or even on reference's from Class Teachers in other college as I know they were all behind me to complete my degree and obtain a Bathelors in it. Its all got to do with whether someone who has meet you for 15 mins think you fit into the class??????. The most upsetting thing about it is that 1 girl who got a place is having to repeat exams as well this week because she failed them. And she txted me this morning asking me where they were being held and what time. Just cant understand their reasoning.
Deep in my heart I knew he was not giving me a place, as when he asked me where I would like to work, I told him Falté Eireann, Thats our Tourist board which manage and market Ireland at home and Internationally, he said " you do know you have 2 chances of a job there, and what did I think they were" When I replied (Joking)"Little or None???? He Replied "huh Even less than that". I was shocked. Then he kept on about my age. So I dont know why I kept hoping I'd get a place.
Just writing I suppose a lot of dribble to some people but trying not to break down.
I'S BEEN SUCH A BAD PERSONAL WEEK FOR ME, BUT HAD UPS AS WELL.
