Struggled with run into work, cold wind in my lungs!!
Decided I am still pretty rubbish at running, which I think is due to a mixture of things,

1) excess weight I am carrying
2) smoking

Need to try and quit. The theory being lungs should clear more and circulation, breathing etc should improve....... of course this is easier said than done!

Running is also an endurance sport and you have to build up to it. Give it time and good luck.
