I'm 24 lbs down. I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere! I still have close to 80 lbs left to lose, but I feel like I'm finally over the lose 5 lbs gain 5 lbs hurtle I was dealing with for months. I haven't been recording food. I know for some people it helps a lot, but for me it's just more of a pain. I've been really watching what I eat and still measuring out portions, I just haven't been writing them down. Also I can run 2 1/2 miles. This has been on the treadmill though. I'm visiting family, so I plan on running outside this week, so we'll see how that goes. All in all I'm really pleased with my progress so far. I know I have a ton of work to still do, but I feel great and I can't wait to loose some more weight and hopefully get into a new pant size soon!
