well, another weekend full of REALLY bad food choices. not just one day but 2. well 3 actually cuz i didnt eat all that great Friday either. I have got to snap myself back to reality. Eating clean during the week and dirty every weekend isnt going to get me anywhere. I have lost my focus and need to get it back.
I am changing my weigh in day to Mondays. Maybe that will keep me on the straight and narrow through the weekend. We'll see. The good news is that i didnt gain, which is pretty suprising, considering what all i ate (and drank) Friday - Sunday.
I am planning to force myself to the gym every day this week, starting today. Also to try and keep my calories around 1300, and since i'm weight training, try and get plenty of protein.
